Participation in the Equitable Earth Registry is voluntary. Any party that registers with the Equitable Earth Registry and pays the applicable fees may seek to establish an Account in the Registry.
Note: Prior to registering an Equitable Earth Account, Users are encouraged to read and become familiar with the Equitable Earth Registry Operating Rules and Equitable Earth Terms and Conditions.
Make sure you have the following information readily available to complete the account registration:
- Your company's legal identifier.
- The legal name and address of your organization.
- Names, contact information, and addresses for both the Account Manager and Billing Manager of the account.
Please complete the following steps to register a new Equitable Earth Account:
1. Go to registry.eq-earth.com.
2. Select the [Sign In] button at the top right of the page.
3. On the new window, select [Sign up now].
4. Enter your “Email Address”, select [Continue].
5. Enter the verification Code sent to your email and insert where the red arrow is shown, then hit [Continue].
6. Fill in the fields with arrows pointing at it, then hit [Create].
7. Fill in the information next to the red arrow and select either [Call Me] or [Send Code] for verification code.
8. Enter the verification code next to the red arrow and hit [Verify Code].
9. Select the Register an Account button at the top of the page.
10. On the Account Registration page, select the [Next] button.
11. Review the Terms and Conditions Agreement.
- Add your Title.
- If you agree to the Terms and Conditions, scroll to the bottom on the agreement and check the box “By checking this box, I confirm that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.”
- Select the [Next] button.
Note: You must scroll to the bottom of the Terms and Conditions prior to checking off the acknowledgement.
12. Complete the Service Selection page, and select the [Next] button.
Note: The Submit button will only be clickable if all the items with * have been clicked. Please check that every page has been completed before submitting.
13. Complete the Company Details page and select the [Next] button.
Note: You must click on [Add] under the Action column in the Legal Entity Identifiers section.
14. Complete the Contacts page and select the [Submit] button.
**This action will complete your Equitable Earth Registry Account Registration, but your final approval is contingent on an official review; the Equitable Earth Registry Administrator will notify you regarding the status of your Account Review**
