Users who need to reset their password can reset their password on the login page. The steps to reset the password are listed below.
Please Note:
- All account holders will be required to update their passwords every 90 days for maintaining account/registry security.
- Account holders who reset their password will restart their 90 days upon resetting their password.
1. Click on [Forgot your password?].
2. Type in your email and click on [Continue].
3. Enter your verification code that is emailed to you and click on [Continue].
Please Note: If the email notification is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate, contact your IT team to confirm that you can receive emails from the registry administrator. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to the registry administrator.
4. If the verification code is accurate, you will be prompted to change your password. Enter your new password and click on [Continue].
Please Note: We have a strict password policy that must be followed. If you filled it out correctly, all of the password requirements will be checked off to allow you to change your password.
5. A verification code will be sent to the phone number on file. Choose either [Call Me] or [Send Code].
6. Enter the verification code and click on [Verify Code].
7. If the verification code is correct, you will return to the home screen logged in with the new password.
