To cancel assets for Cancellation on Issuance Type, the Registry Administrator user takes the following steps:
- Access the Operations dropdown link - located at the top of your homepage - and select [Initiate Transfer].
2. In the Select Batch Criteria section on the left pane, the User selects Cancel from the Transfer Type drop-down and selects Contracted on Issuance from the Encumbrance Type drop-down, then click [View Assets].
3. On the Select Your Assets screen, enter the quantity of assets they wish to cancel by entering in a value in the Transfer Quantity field. Once a selection has been made, the user will be able to see how many assets are selected on the bottom left-hand corner. Then hit [Submit] on the bottom right-hand corner.
4. Once submitted, you will get a confirmation message as shown below.
To cancel assets for Cancellation of Active Holdings, the Registry Administrator user takes the following steps:
- Access the Operations dropdown link - located at the top of your homepage - and select [Initiate Transfer].
2. In the Select Batch Criteria section on the left pane, the User selects Cancel from the Transfer Type drop-down and does not make a selection from the Encumbrance Type drop-down, then click [View Assets].
3. On the Select Your Assets screen, enter the quantity of assets they wish to cancel by entering in a value in the Transfer Quantity field. Once a selection has been made, the user will be able to see how many assets are selected on the bottom left-hand corner. Then hit [Submit] on the bottom right-hand corner.
4. Once submitted, you will get a confirmation message as shown below.
